Where Change Happens
I work with individuals adult, children, and families to help them develop healthy, growing relationships with one another, addressing struggles in family dynamics and helping individuals deal with relationship problems, as well as depression and anxiety.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults currently facing emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, and mood instability. I have a particular interest in working with couples that are hoping to deepen connection and learn tools to communicate effectively.
I have a heart for helping all individuals own their story and grow brave through the process of counseling.
